Hey there 👋

</aside>

Most of the times I’ve worked, I’ve been doing it as a tech entrepreneur.

Often as a product builder, in charge of tech & product, launching and maintaining products as efficiently as possible, working with a small team of smart, energetic and involved people.

Sometimes as a cofounder / early-stage C-level, still working with a small team of smart, energetic and involved people.

Sometimes as a teacher, a guest lecturer or a conference speaker, aiming to share pragmatically what I’ve learned along my way.

Work principles

From the work experiences I had, I extracted some patterns in what I call my Work principles.

If you’re interested in us working together, you should read these to determine if we’ll be able to work together effectively.

Work outline

Building an app from scratch to help support the team launching at a first level of scale a new product in an existing e-commerce startup.

The product: a subscription to a personalised magazine for kids from 4 to 12 years old, where they learn about ecology, science while being a part of the story itself, seeing their face, their name, their favorite colour, etc.

Work outline

Moving from a legacy app written in PHP, without any framework, which had been running in production for the past 10+ years (10k+ customers, 30k+ orders), with all of its old, critical and highly generic business logic: legacy SEO, custom offerings builder, checkout system with multiple payment methods, comprehensive back-office, etc.

The end-game: rebuilding this entire legacy business tooling with ruby on rails, the tech stack the CEO had just learnt during his bootcamp at Le Wagon.

Working closely with the CEO to build ultra-quickly different internal tools for his team of 50+ collaborators.

1st mission, ETL tool

To boost customer support productivity, we built an ETL tool with the tiniest tech footprint: simple app with a small database, no background processing.

2nd mission, genAI browser extension

To boost customer support ops, we built a browser extension, leveraging genAI and proprietary data together to fast track a specific internal workflow.
