Hey there 👋

</aside>

Most of my career has been as a tech entrepreneur.

Often as a product builder, leading tech and product development, launching and maintaining solutions efficiently with a small team of smart, energetic, and committed people.

Sometimes as a cofounder or early-stage executive, again working closely with a small, highly motivated team.

Occasionally as a teacher, guest lecturer, or conference speaker, sharing practical lessons I’ve picked up along the way.

Work principles

From my work experiences, I’ve identified key patterns that I’ve distilled into my Work principles.

If you’re considering working with me, these principles will help you decide if we can collaborate effectively.

Work outline

Building an app from scratch to help support the team launching at a first level of scale a new product in an existing e-commerce startup.

The product: a subscription to a personalised magazine for kids from 4 to 12 years old, where they learn about ecology, science while being a part of the story itself, seeing their face, their name, their favorite colour, etc.

Work outline

Moving from a legacy app written in PHP, without any framework, which had been running in production for the past 10+ years (10k+ customers, 30k+ orders), with all of its old, critical and highly generic business logic: legacy SEO, custom offerings builder, checkout system with multiple payment methods, comprehensive back-office, etc.

The end-game: rebuilding this entire legacy business tooling with ruby on rails, the tech stack the CEO had just learnt during his bootcamp at Le Wagon.

To boost customer support productivity, we built an ETL tool with the tiniest tech footprint: simple app with a small database, no background processing.

2nd mission, genAI browser extension

To boost customer support ops, we built a browser extension, leveraging genAI and proprietary data together to fast track a specific internal workflow.
